Refund and Returns Policy

Payments by Bank Transfer
Note: Please scan the remittance form and send it to us via email after payment transfer has been made.

The following provisions have been made for reservations.
1. 20% non-refundable deposit required for booking

2. Final payment to be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu or before departing to Kathmandu.

3. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of trip.

4. Group leader travel free for groups of minimum 15 paying pax or more.( i.e. the group of 16 people, one tour leader will provided FOC). But we will provide 50% discount for a group of minimum 10 paying (i.e. the 11th person will get 50% discount). (Still, Flights, Government fees, permits, entrance fee etc. are not included even for the one who are provided FOC).

5. Payment accepted by credit card (4% extra will be levied to you as credit card processing fee), cash, bank draft, or bank account wire

Risk & Liabilities:
We are committed to provide the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly and try to make your pleasant holiday. However, the entire programs are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of the country’s own policies.

Therefore Gurkha hikers and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.

Booking terms/conditions and holiday insurance
The following provisions have been made for reservations.
1. 20% amount must be deposited.
2. The total amount should be paid before starting your programme.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to start date of trip.
4. 20% deposit is not refundable for cancellations.
5. For Group Leader with more than 15 people, ground transportation, accommodation and meals are provided FOC.
6. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or bank transfer

Cancellations / Refund:
If any trips cancel after full payment has been made following cancellation policy would be applied

i) More than 90 days 80% of total holiday cost (only 20% advance deposit is nonrefundable)
ii) More than 60 days 50% of total holiday cost is refundable
iii) More than 30 days 40% of total holiday cost is refundable
iv) More than 15 days 20% of total holiday cost refundable
v) No refund prior to 15 days of trip starting date

Note: By confirming any trip with Gurkha hikers is considered as you agree our above terms and condition
